The Persuaders- ‘Union Busting’- An American Industry

A HuffPost investigative series into the secretive Union Busting industry in the United States. The design was meant to invoke the hidden and the conspiratorial through a noir detective lens. Through use of the sharp typographic elements, atmospheric illustrations and paper clippings, this one turned out great. This series by Dave Jamieson won a 2024 Writers Guild Award for Digital News and three illustrations in this project were nominated as finalists in the 2024 ASME Awards for Design, Photography and Illustration.
